De Smet Event & Wellness Center

The De Smet Event & Wellness Center is a state of the art facility designed to to serve Residents and Businesses in the De Smet area.  The Center features a Walkway, Wellness Center, Event Hall, Theater, Conference Rooms, and more.

The Carmen Wellness center houses exercise equipment including:

The Avera Walkway has constant traffic including:

• Families walking together
• Friends walking and visiting

The Midstate Theater & Conference Room features:

• Plush seating for 130 which allows space to add 40 folding chairs
• Huge drop down projection screen
• Rounded front, raised stage
• ADA lift to stage level
• State of the art lighting and sound system

The Exhibit Hall can be utilized for anything:

• Tables and chairs to seat 450
• Open space for 750 standing
• Dual sided stage opening into event hall
• Glass wall with view of sports complex
• Equipment for many indoor sporting activities

The Conference Center West works for larger meeting groups or reunions:

• Will hold 50 seated
• Has a drop down projection screen
• Features a fireplace

The Meyer Meeting Room is a great space for smaller, more intimate groups:

• Will hold 25 seated
• Has a drop down projection screen
• Has entrances to the Exhibit Hall and shares a reception area with the Theater

The kitchen offers:
